In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. By creating an account, you expressly confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. x78apk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified. 21+

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and targeted at players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are an Indonesian resident and that participation in online betting activities is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with applicable local laws before registering and placing wagers.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these Terms.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.5 Exclusions. Current and former employees of x78apk, its affiliates, software providers, and payment processors — along with their immediate family members residing in the same household — are not eligible to register as members or participate in any promotional offer.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To open an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. x78apk shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. x78apk will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). x78apk may require you to complete identity verification at any time — including before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM), along with proof of bank account ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

3.5 Account Ownership. Your account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, pledged as security, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any winnings generated via unauthorized account access or sharing shall be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x78apk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. x78apk reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-user or per-method basis, particularly in connection with bonus activity or ongoing investigations.

4.3 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by x78apk. Real-time bank transfer confirmations typically occur within minutes. x78apk is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. Fully verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within the timeframes published in the FAQ. x78apk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of any amount.

4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or instrument that is legally registered in your own name. x78apk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a source other than the registered member's own account may be refunded and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 No Fees. x78apk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which x78apk bears no responsibility.

4.7 Inactive Account Policy. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. x78apk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after written notification has been sent to the registered email address.

5.1 Promotion Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered members as specified in each offer's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one claim per person, household, device, and IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. x78apk will clearly state the applicable turnover multiple, eligible game categories, and time limits for each promotion at the point of offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. x78apk employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus exploitation — including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage wagering, systematic stake hedging designed to guarantee a return irrespective of outcome, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. Where bonus abuse is identified, x78apk reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the relevant accounts.

5.4 Promotional Modifications. x78apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing qualifying bets placed before any modification will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of placement.

5.5 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions. x78apk regularly offers promotions timed around significant Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and other national occasions. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are made available to all eligible members on an equal basis.

6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game, sport, and product category on the Platform — including sports wagering (including bandar bola, the local term for football betting via an agent, and mix parlay accumulator bets), live casino, togel, slots, and crash games — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

6.2 Outcome Finality. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where the Platform's specific game rules expressly permit cancellation. Confirmed winnings are credited to the User's account balance automatically upon settlement.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest pricing error, a software malfunction, or a technical fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, x78apk reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct any erroneous credits. x78apk will not be liable for losses arising from a User's reliance on manifestly incorrect information displayed due to a technical error.

6.4 Sportsbook Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international fixtures, BWF for badminton). In cases where official results are disputed or delayed, x78apk reserves the right to suspend settlement until an official result is confirmed.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. x78apk applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all product categories. These limits are published in the Platform's help section and are subject to periodic revision. Where a winning amount exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the excess shall be forfeited.

6.6 Togel Draw Integrity. All togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes of the relevant pools (SGP, HK, SDY, and others). x78apk does not influence, control, or have advance knowledge of any draw result. Results are published on the Platform immediately following official announcement.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any member who believes their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years by contacting our support team. 8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform (whether under the same or different identities).
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers or exploit Platform features.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after placing wagers. Any member who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account immediately closed and the disputed amount pursued through all available legal and collections channels.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location masking.

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the x78apk brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of x78apk or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without our prior written consent.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to x78apk for display on the Platform. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any game content.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x78apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, or interruption of service.

10.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x78apk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 x78apk shall not be liable for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; force majeure events (including natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil unrest); third-party payment processor delays or failures; or scheduled and emergency maintenance periods, provided that reasonable advance notice is given where practicable.

10.4 In any event, x78apk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

11.1 Termination by x78apk. x78apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) the member has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) x78apk is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) the account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) the member has filed an unjustified chargeback.

11.2 Termination by the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting x78apk support. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC compliance.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

12.1 x78apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.

12.3 The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x78apk holds its international operating licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 calendar days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in English.

13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent x78apk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce the prohibition on prohibited conduct set out in Section 8.
